There are dedicated search lanes for people with bags when arriving at the venue. You need to have your bags open for inspection, and a steward will tag your bag once it has been checked. These tags need to remain on your bag the whole time while at the stadium.
The Emirates Stadium bag policy allows only bags that are smaller than A4 in size or 21cm x 29.7cm, including rucksacks or handbags. You can also bring:

Luggage Storage Near Emirates Stadium
When visiting the Emirates Stadium, you’ll want a place to store your belongings, especially large bags or suitcases not allowed in the stadium. Emirates Stadium Transportation
Vistors to Emirates Stadium are strongly advised not to drive to the venue. The stadium is located in a mostly residential area, and you need a resident’s permit to park on-street in designated Event Day Parking areas. Luckily, public transportation options to the stadium are plenty and easy to access.
